Water Taxi Fort Lauderdale

Wednesday I took the Water Taxi. I took up in the Bahia Cabana Stop, behind of the Fire Station. It was my first time and I love it. For $12 dollars you can get in and out as you please. So I went up north to the Galleria Mall. The stop for the The Galleria Mall is through The Double Tree Hotel. Some time I have breakfast at the lobby of this hotel I like the peaceful of the view. The ride was no more then 20 min with entertainment! Yes one of the crew member was telling us a little of the history of the people who’s owns houses and yacht in the area. It was a pleasant experience and no traffic.

At the Galleria Mall I stop in Sbarro for a one pound snack and then I went to Borders, a few blocks from the mall to get a latte at the Best Coffee of Seattle. I like to go to Borders because you can read your favorite book or magazine with your coffee and enjoy a beautiful view of the water. No rush you can be there for hours.

Then I took the water taxi back to the Bahia Cabana. I leave my car in the garage of the Sheraton Yankee Clipper.

I going to put some of the picture that I took.

It is my first Pots.

Fort Lauderdale Concierge

I am starting this blog after endless search about what to do if a travel to Fort Lauderdale area. My first stop into the research, of course it was The Concierge. He tells me where to eat, what taxi to take, and what can I do tomorrow. At the end I found out that I had been cheat. So I when further into my research online, forums, blogs, you name it. It is time to build a space with independent opinions. To do this I start as always do it by my self. Because I love food I start my research going out and eat into the restaurants that my friends recommend. At the end the food was great, great services but I started getting out of my financial comfort. So what about the internet and friend to build what I like to call “Fort Lauderdale Concierge”.

Let’s get started:

I divide this blog into 3 categories: eating out, thing to do, transportation.
